Spectrum Peer Support (“SPS,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is a volunteer-run California Public Benefit Corporation that provides online peer support meetings, community spaces, and resources for neurodivergent adults. By using our website, participating in our meetings, or joining our community spaces, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Please read carefully.

These Terms Cover:

What We Do

We offer peer-led support spaces, not medical care or therapy. You’re responsible for your own choices and well-being.

Who Can Join

Participation

Keep things respectful, protect others’ privacy, and avoid sharing details of illegal activity. Facilitators may step in if needed.

Your Information

We collect minimal data (see Privacy Policy). What you share in meetings is up to you, but we can’t guarantee confidentiality.

Our Responsibility

We do our best to maintain safe, affirming spaces, but SPS and facilitators are not liable for harm, loss, or damages connected to participation.

Our Terms.

E. Privacy & Data

We collect limited personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • Any recurring memberships or contributions are voluntary and can be canceled at any time.

G. Limitation of Liability

SPS is volunteer-run and provided on an “as-is” basis.

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • SPS and its facilitators are not liable for any harm, injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in meetings, reliance on shared information, or use of our website.

  • You participate at your own risk and remain solely responsible for your own well-being and choices.
