ABOUT
Building Community
SHARING, LEARNING, AND GROWING
together
Who We Are
We are a peer-driven initiative focused on building safe, affirming spaces for neurodivergent adults to connect and lean on each other. We create and curate supports rooted in lived experience rather than clinical frameworks.
What We Do
We offer peer support meetings and curated resources
for neurodivergent adults. Our spaces center
self-determination, consent, and mutual care.
We aim to foster connection and affirming support.
Founder.
ABOUT THE
SPECTRUM PEER SUPPORT was founded by Justine Lee,
a neurodivergent peer support facilitator and educator.
Her leadership is guided through a stewardship model
that centers responsibility and ethical duty.
Our Values.
Respecting Lived Experience
We value the insights that come from navigating life as neurodivergent and build our community on that shared understanding.
Mutual Care & Aid
Support flows in many directions. We believe in showing up for one another with compassion, reciprocity, and respect for boundaries.
Accessibility & Inclusion
We create spaces that welcome people as they are, with flexible options for participation and respect for diverse needs.
Community over Pathology
We see neurodivergence not as a deficit to be fixed, but as a variation to be respected and understood within community.
Created for connection.
