SPECTRUM PEER SUPPORT

Building community by connecting, sharing, and learning together.

Who we are:

Spectrum Peer Support is a peer-driven initiative focused on building safe, affirming spaces for neurodivergent adults to connect and lean on each other. We create and curate supports rooted in lived experience rather than clinical frameworks.

Spectrum Peer Support is part of a broader ecosystem of neurodivergent-led projects. We collaborate with and are informed by communities such as the Autistic Psychedelic Community.

What We Do:

We offer spaces and curated resourced centered self-determination, consent, and mutual care, to foster connection without judgment and support without pathologizing.

Our Values.

Accessibility & Inclusion

We create spaces that welcome people as they are, with flexible options for participation and respect for diverse needs.

Respecting Lived Experience

We value the insights that come from navigating life as neurodivergent and build our community on that shared understanding.

Mutual Care & Aid

Support flows in many directions. We believe in showing up for one another with compassion, reciprocity, and respect for boundaries.

Community over Pathology

We see neurodivergence not as a deficit to be fixed, but as a variation to be respected and understood within community.

Integrity & Transparency

We are committed to operating with transparency and communicating with honesty.

Our Approach:

We practice peer support by centering lived experience and mutual respect.

Our meetings aren’t therapy—they’re spaces where you can come as you are, be heard, and know you’re not alone.
