FOR NEURODIVERGENT HUMANS
SPECTRUM PEER SUPPORT hosts peer-led meetings for neurodivergent adults seeking connection, reflection, and community.
We offer spaces for shared understanding, mutual respect, and lived-experience-based support. Our meetings are not therapy, clinical treatment, or crisis support.
We do not provide medical, clinical, or therapeutic services. We are not a substitute
for medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed professional.
If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, please call your local emergency number.
What to expect
Our meetings are facilitated by peers. You are welcome to participate in the way that feels accessible to you.
There is no pressure to speak and no expectation that everyone relates to neurodivergence in the same way.
We ask participants to show up with care, respect, and awareness that each person’s needs, communication style, and life experience may be different.
Who We Serve
These meetings are for neurodivergent adults and allies. You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend. You may be diagnosed, self-identified, questioning, newly exploring neurodivergence, or simply looking for a community to listen to or share from lived experience.
